Fees and Costs

I charge a flat fee of $400 for getting you admitted pro hac vice. I pay the court fees ($495 for state cases and $255 for federal cases) and add that to your invoice.

You can choose if you want me to do the minimum legal work required by the rules (signing all pleadings, attending depositions, etc.) or whether you want me to have a larger role. This work is billed at my hourly rate of $250 per hour.
